Уважаемая редакция, есть какой-нибудь способ поставить Whatsapp на ipad без скачки дурацких приложений? Они же вообще не работают нормально, а когда выйдет обновление для ipad – неизвестно. Будет здорово, если поможете, часто использую приложение на планшете.

Пока команда Марка Цукерберга только вынашивает в планах планшетную версию WhatsApp, попутно выходят различные приложения, спекулирующие web-сборкой и требующие денег за отключение рекламы. Более того, они вызывают новые вопросы по теме безопасности – кто знает этих китайских энтузиастов…
Но зачем пристраивать откровенные костыли, когда существует давно обкатанный способ запустить WhatsApp на iPad, причём без дополнительных приложений, исключительно на ресурсах iOS и фактически в пару нажатий через браузер Safari (или любой другой). Не будем тянуть резину, принимайте инструкцию:
- Переходим по адресу: https://web.whatsapp.com
- Нажимаем на кнопку шаринга в правом верхнем углу и выбираем «Версия для ПК«
- Появляется QR-код (кстати, есть вероятность, что сейчас Safari по умолчанию открывает настольные версии сайтов)
- Запускаем WhatsApp на iPhone и переходим в настройки приложения, на вкладку WhatsApp Web
- Выбираем «Сканировать QR-код» и наводим на экран
- Добавляем сайт в закладки и радуемся WhatsApp для iPad
Таким образом, мы получаем тот же самый WhatsApp, который работает и на десктопах, и в «особенных» приложениях, по сути, обманывающих пользователей.

Download ifunbox or any other ios file browser
You’ll now need a third-party iOS file browser on your Mac/PC to access your iPad. There are many file browsers available, but we’ll be using iFunBox for this guide. It’s free and does what it’s supposed to do. Other available file browsers include DiskAid and iExplorer.
Connect your iPad to your Mac/PC and fire up iFunbox. Click on “Install app,” navigate to the desktop and select the “Whatsapp.ipa” file.
Click on it, and the app will install on your iPad. Once done, unplug your iPad from your computer. The WhatsApp icon should appear on your home screen. You’ll also notice that when you click on the icon on your iPad/iPod Touch, it won’t work. That’s because we need to perform a few other steps, detailed below.
Get the whatsapp .ipa file
The first step you need to take is to locate and get the WhatsApp .ipa file. To do this, simply open up iTunes and follow the steps below:
1. Click on the “iTunes Store” button in the top-right corner.
2. In the search bar, enter “WhatsApp” and press Enter.
3. Download the WhatsApp Messenger in the iPhone Apps section. Click on “Free” and enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
5. Once the app downloads, open up the Apps section in your iTunes library.
6. Locate the WhatsApp app, right-click it, and select “Show In Explorer” for Windows, and “Show In Finder” for Macs.

Here, you’ll find the WhatsApp app named “WhatsApp.ipa”. Copy it to your desktop for easy access later.

WhatsApp on iPad without jailbreak is easily installed on iOS 6 or iOS 7 (iPod touch included). As you maybe know, it is not possible to install WhatsApp on a iPad or iPod touch via Apple Appstore. One option is to jailbreak your iPad and install WhatsApp via Cydia Store. But I’m not really a jailbreak fan, so I don’t go that way. However, there is a way to install WhatsApp without jailbreak on iPad or iPod touch using the free iFunBox (Windows and Mac versions available). I tried it with DiskAid, but it didn’t worked.
In the following you see a step-by-step guide to install WhatsApp on an iPad. I was succesfull on an iPad 4th generation cellular 64 GB with iOS 6.1.3 installed. However, it should work on a non-cellular iPad or iPad mini as well.
That’s all! WhatsApp should now run on your iPad. But keep in mind that you can’t use Whatsapp parallel both on your iPhone and on your iPad.
If you want to use WhatsApp later again on your iPhone, you have to reactivate WhatsApp on your iPhone via SMS.
If you want then use it again on the iPad you have to go through step 3 to 7 and 9 to 12 again.
Here are some FAQs:
- Can I still sync my iPad with iTunes? You will get a message in iTunes that your computer is no longer authorized to install apps on your iPad. However, you can check the option ‘Sync only checked songs and videos’ in the ‘Summary’ section: songs and Videos will be synced. Updating apps ‘over the air’ via automatic downloads is still possible.
- If there is an update for WhatsApp, can I update it? Will it still work? You have to delete WhatsApp from your iPad, update WhatsApp on your iPhone and do the workaround describe above again.
- If there is an iPad software update, can I update it? Will WhatsApp be removed? You should remove WhatsApp from your iPad, update iOS and then do the workaround describe above again.

Some months ago I tested Airserver 1.1.2 on Windows 8 with less success. AirServer 1.1.2 has been running unsteadily on Windows 8 Pro with too many connection breakdowns. Now there are two new versions released: Airserver 1.1.8 and Airserver 1.9 beta. Here are my findings, tested with my iPhone 4S and iPad 4th generation: The stability is improved, but from time to time you got still some connection breakdowns again. However, the number in total is less. The transfer speed of AirPlay mirroring is still good. It seems to me that AirServer needs less memory and CPU power of my Windows 8 PC as AirServer version 1.1.2.

After downloading the Airserver 1.9 beta version you should take care on the pre-requisites stated on the download page:
- Make sure that you either have iTunes or Bonjour print services installed on your PC:

Download Bonjour Print Services - Full version of DirectX 9c must be installed on your PC; even if a newer version of DirectX is already installed. You also need to install this package if you are receiving D3DXCompileShader errors:

After downloading this package, extract the files into a folder on your PC and then run DXSetup.exe to complete the installation process. - To improve video streaming over AirPlay compatibility, install iTunes, QuickTime, Haali Media Splitter and FFDShow tryout.
- If using an additional 3rd party firewall on your PC, make sure that AirServer.exe is allowed to receive network connections.
- Your iOS device and the PC must be on the same network.
To activate AirServer for all users on a PC, quit AirServer and then re-launch it once with elevated privileges (run-as-admin). This will automatically copy the current users activation to all users on the machine. I had a shot at the beta version without having DirectX 9c, Haali Media Splitter and FFDShow tryout installed. It didn’t work. However, after installing and rebooting my Windows 8 Pro PC AirServer could be launched.
Summary: Both AirServer 1.1.8 and AirServer 1.9 beta exhibit a step forward in regard to improved stability on Windows 8. However, both versions still show connection crashes. Up to now, I still cannot recommend AirPlay and Airplay mirroring with Airserver 1.1.8 and 1.9 beta. Further more, installing a bundle of additional software programs is not very user conveniently, especially, for less experienced Windows users.

Update: iCloud Calendar On Windows 8, 8.1, WP 7 And 8 Via Outlook.com Working Again

A lot of people have the need to get a least their iCloud calendar subscribed to the Windows 8 calendar app and/or to their Windows Phone 7 / 8 calendar. A bunch of threads about this problem of syncing iCloud to Outlook.com, which is supported by Windows 8 and Windows Phone 7 and 8, can be found on the Microsoft Community Forums.
In a thread a Microsoft Forum moderator stated that “…for those who are experiencing issues with their iCloud calendar subscription, please be informed that we don’t support 3rd party calendar. Please contact the calendar creator for more proper assistance on how to resolve the issue.” In other words: Microsoft is not willing to solve this problem!
However, it is not an Apple issue because iCloud calendar sync works perfectly together with Outlook! Therefore, it is Microsoft’s job to get this problem solved!

Второй метод установки whatsapp на ipad при помощи программы i-funbox
Метод не из легких, но все же рабочий! Запаситесь терпением и у вас все получится:
Скачать iFunBox для Windows и Mac-Os
- После скачивания установите IFunBox и активируйте его, выбрав на официальном сайте Basic версию и ползунком справа уберите оплату,дабы приложение досталось вам бесплатно.
- Подключите iPad к компьютеру по USB кабелю, если вы подключили впервые, дождитесь пока установятся нужные драйвера.
- Запустите Ifunbox, сверху выберите «Устройство» затем справа вверху «Установить приложение *.ipa«
- Находим ранее скачанный файл WhatsApp 2.17.42.ipa (путь к нему описан во втором пункте)
- После того как установка закончится на Ipad появится ярлык с программой WhatsApp, но запустив его у вас выскочит сообщение: «К сожалению, ваше устройство на данный момент не поддерживается«, не расстраиваемся, идем дальше
Важно! Обязательное условие это заново пройти регистрацию номера телефона по СМС сообщению и при вовпросе восстановления из резервной копии необходимо пропустить процесс восстановления.
Все, теперь можно в полной мере пользоваться мессенджером на планшете. Однако следует помнить – так как пользователь установил один и тот же мессенджер на два устройства, информация будет приходить на то, которое последним было активно. Поэтому целесообразно отправить последнее сообщение с того устройства, которое планируется взять с собой.

Загрузить WhatsApp для установки на iPad к сожалению с официального сайта программы, и из магазина iTunes невозможно, так как по политики компании WhastApp, приложение создано исключительно только для смартфонов. Вы и сами в этом убедились набрав в Appstore в строке поиска WhatsApp. Но не расстраивайтесь, далее обсудим что же делать, если так хочется установить Ватсап на айпад.
Способ 1: tweakbox
Используя TweakBox, владельцы iPhone и iPad могут скачивать и устанавливать различные моды и приложения, которые нет возможности запустить на данном устройстве или их нет в App Store. ТвикБокс работает без джейлбрейка системы, являясь его альтернативой. TweakBox использует инструменты разработчика для своей работы.
Стоит отметить, что с помощью этого приложения пользователь получит неофициальный клиент WhatsApp. Поэтому мы не можем гарантировать конфиденциальность и безопасность переписок, а также сохранность данных.

Способ 2: веб-версия
Практически все популярные мессенджеры имеют свою веб-версию, которую можно просматривать через любой браузер. Все основные функции по работе с диалогами, файлами и документами такие же, как и на мобильных устройствах. К сожалению, уведомления о новых сообщениях пользователь получать не будет, что некоторым придется не по душе.
Перейти в веб-версию WhatsApp
- Откройте браузер Safari на iPad и перейдите на сайт веб-версии WhatsApp. Кликните по значку «Поделиться» на верхней панели. Затем нажмите «Полная версия сайта».
- Следующее окно будет содержать QR-код. Его нужно просканировать через телефон, на котором есть установленный Вотсап и активный профиль.
- Возьмите свой телефон, перейдите в приложение и нажмите на значок тремя точками в верхнем правом углу экрана.
- Тапните «WhatsApp Web».
- Найдите значок плюсика.
- Просканируйте код, отображенный на Айпэде.
- Открытая вкладка на iPad обновится и юзер увидит весь привычный функционал мобильного мессенджера на экране планшета.
Преимущество данного способа в том, что веб-версией удобно пользоваться, так как изображение адаптировано под экран Айпэда.
Способ 3: cydia impactor
Аналогичная TweakBox утилита, использующая технологию Sideload. Она предполагает, что имея платный аккаунт разработчика, пользователь может скачивать и устанавливать приложения в обход App Store.
Способ 4: джейлбрейк
